Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?

After placing your order, you can easily manage your order by logging into your account here. Once logged in, navigate to "Orders" under "My Account" to check the status of your order.

 

If the order status is "Confirmed", you can click on "Contact us" or reach out to us at contact@hitfitt.com to request any changes or cancellations to your order.

 

If the order status is "On its way", you can start a return by clicking on "Request return".

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can check the status of your shipment after receiving the email by using the link provided.If you have registered an account with us, you can check the status of an ordered item in the “My Orders” menu.
